Layer). This safety protocol is used for coded communication over
the internet and has become the industry standard. All ordering
information on this site is encoded through an SSL connection which
ensures that your details cannot be accessed by third parties.

advice if required. All orders placed before 3.00pm will be despatched

International
Orders
Customers ordering goods for delivery to addresses outside of the
EEC should deduct 17.5% from our listed price.
DELIVERY 2-3
Day
All
deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Standard 2 to 3 day
delivery is with Royal Mail, Next Working Day delivery is with Interlink
Express.
In
order to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not build delivery
costs into the price of products. This allows bigger savings when
buying multiple products. Where possible we will endeavour to deliver
products free or as low as possible.
To further reduce costs we calculate the delivery charges based
upon ALL the items in your shopping basket. The delivery costs are
re-calculated each time you add an item to your basket. Even though
some items have a delivery charge this may be reduced or removed
completely as other items are added to your basket.
An
additional £3.70 is added for next day delivery to mainland
UK addresses. For this service orders should be placed before 3.00pm
for delivery the following working day (please note Saturday, Sunday
& Bank Holidays are not considered working days) The next day
delivery option is available at the checkout.

REFUND
/ RETURNS POLICY
A
full refund or exchange will be given on all goods returned within
28 days of purchase, providing the goods are in an unused condition
and are returned with the original manufacturers packaging and labelling
still intact:
Shoes
- we will only refund or replace unused shoes, they must
not have been played in or have any marks or signs of wear. Shoes
must be returned in the original shoebox and must have the manufacturers
labels still attached.
Clothing
- we will only refund or replace unused clothing which has
merely been tried on for size, it must not have been worn, washed
or had the manufacturers labels removed. Clothing must be returned
in the original packaging.
Rackets
- we will only refund or replace unused rackets, there must
be no wear to the strings or ball fluff, no scratches or damage
to the frame and the plastic film must not have been removed from
the handle. N.B. Our 28 day Refund/Returns policy does not apply
to rackets which have been customised i.e. string upgrades, overgrip
applied etc
Sticks
- we will only refund or replace unused sticks, there
must be no chips, scratches or damage.
Customers
returning goods must pay for return postage, please note original
delivery costs, if applicable (i.e. next day delivery) will not
be refunded. If you are returning an item which had free goods with
it, the free goods must also be returned otherwise a full refund
will not be given.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Subject
to the provisions of our Refund/Returns Policy outlined above, any
customer has the right to cancel their order within 28 days of receiving
the order. The order cancellation procedure is identical to the
Refund/Returns stated in the paragraph entitled Refund/Returns Policy.
